If the size you need is unavailable, we’ll issue a credit voucher for future purchases. Since, every garment is crafted with care and delivered with the promise of luxury. 

Return Policy

✅ Eligibility for Return
• Return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
• The product must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• With all original tags and packaging intact
• In a resalable condition

Return & Credit Note Process

Once you initiate a return request through our website, our team will schedule a pickup within 2–3 business days.

After the product is collected, it generally takes 5–6 business days to reach our warehouse, depending on your location and the courier partner.

Once we receive your return, our Quality Check team requires 2–3 business days to inspect the product and ensure it meets our return policy.

After the inspection is successfully completed, the request is forwarded to our Accounts team, who will issue your Credit Note.

The entire process may take approximately 15- 20business days from the date your return is initiated.

We sincerely appreciate your patience while we complete each step carefully to ensure a smooth and accurate return process. Rest assured, your Credit Note will be issued as soon as your return has been received, inspected, and approved.

💳 Credit Note Issuance
• Once the return is received and quality-checked, a credit note equal to the value of the returned item will be issued.
• This credit note:
• Will be sent to your registered email/WhatsApp
• Can be used on any future purchase from The Latest Labels
• Will be valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• Each credit note is valid for one-time use only.
• Any item purchased using a credit note will not be eligible for further return or  exchange.

❌ Non-returnable Items
• Custom-made or altered garments
• Sale items or products marked as Final Sale
• Accessories (unless received damaged or defective)
• Garments with visible stains, perfume smell, deodorant marks, makeup stains, or any other signs of use
• Garments with tags removed
• Swimwear

Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy Details:

1. Eligibility for Size Exchange:

• Size exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags still attached.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

2. Exchange Process:

• For exchange, kindly mail us at: info@thelatestlabels.com
• If the requested size is available, we will process the exchange and send you a replacement in the desired size.
• If the required size is unavailable, we will issue a credit voucher for the original purchase price (excluding shipping fees). The voucher is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Swimming Wear, Swimwear and Accessories are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• Sale items or items purchased with discounts are also not eligible for exchanges.
• Custom-made or personalized products are non-exchangeable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will either replace the item or issue a size exchange, depending on availability.
• For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with size exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
• International customers are responsible for return shipping fees when exchanging an item for a different size.
  

Shoe Exchange Policy

If the size of your shoes doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange them for the correct size  

If you’ve changed your mind about the style, we’re also happy to exchange them for a different shoe style of equal value or with payment of any price difference.

Please note that shoes are not eligible for refunds or store credit. Exchanges are available only, provided the shoes are unworn, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
