You can initiate a return within 3 days of product delivery.

To place a return request:

• Log in to your account on thelatestlabel.com using the same mobile number used while placing the order.
  
• Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return.
  
• Submit your return request directly from there.
  

Once your request is approved:

• Our delivery partner will arrange a pickup from your address.
  
• After we receive the product, it will undergo a quality check.
  

Post approval of the returned product:

• A ₹350 shipping fee will be deducted.
  
• The remaining amount will be issued as store credit.
  
• Store credit is valid for 30 days and can be used for future purchases on our website.

If the size of your shoes doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange them for the correct size

If you’ve changed your mind about the style, we’re also happy to exchange them for a different shoe style of equal value or with payment of any price difference.

Please note that shoes are not eligible for refunds or store credit. Exchanges are available only, provided the shoes are unworn, in their original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
